One process described in the workshop requires the following downloads:

• Download Audacity: http://audacity.sourceforge.net/

• Download Lame MP3 Encoder for Audacity: http://audacity.sourceforge.net/help/faq?s=install&item=lame-mp3

• Create a Podbean account: http://www.podbean.com/

• Create an iTunes account (if you don’t already have one): http://www.apple.com/au/itunes/

If you do not receive your confirmation email from Podbean, contact them and they will send you a temporary password (which can be changed once you have logged in).
